Tiffany is a solicitor in Streathers’ Company Commercial department, advising businesses, investors and entrepreneurs on a broad range of corporate, commercial and transactional matters.
Having joined Streathers as a trainee solicitor in 2022, Tiffany qualified into the Company’s Commercial department in 2024. She advises clients on acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructurings, business formations, governance matters and commercial contracts, supporting businesses at every stage of their development.
Alongside her corporate practice, Tiffany has experience advising on real estate tax matters. This dual perspective allows her to identify tax and structuring considerations that often arise in corporate and property-related transactions, helping clients achieve commercially effective outcomes.
