Roger joined Streathers in 2024 as a partner with over 20 years’ experience in the City of London. His practice area covers a broad range of commercial real estate matters including acquisition and disposals, leasing, real estate finance, and development schemes. Roger’s recent focus is on strategic land deals, option agreements, section 106 planning agreements, sub–sales and development funding for projects in the greater London area. He also acts for both landlords and tenants in the industrial, retail, hospitality, and office sectors.
Roger was recently appointed Head of Real Estate at Streathers.
