Janine joined Streathers in January 2026 as a senior associate in the real estate team. Janine has over 20 years’ experience dealing with a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property including sales, acquisitions and leases, options, development site set ups and refinancing, encompassing freehold and leasehold land and registered and unregistered titles.

Janine is ranked in the Chambers and Partners High Net Worth Guide 2025 and has a particular focus on advising clients on high value property transaction in prime central London.
