Rachel advises both landlords on all aspects of leasehold ownership, including lease extensions, collective enfranchisements, right to manage claims and freehold acquisitions.
She also provides pragmatic advice on day-to-day block management matters, such as licences to alter, licences to assign and underlet, deeds of variation and the interpretation of lease covenants.
In addition to her enfranchisement practice, Rachel advises on a wide range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and secured lending matters. She is particularly experienced in handling transactions involving complex leasehold structures and technically challenging title issues.
